WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE

This position involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing, enhancing our customers' home upgrade experience.

You will be paid $18 per hour, with current employees earning up to $32/hr through incentives. Your responsibilities include diligently working to generate leads, engaging in door-to-door campaigning within your assigned territory, and exceeding monthly lead generation goals. Maintain expert knowledge of our sales system, products, and promotional offerings. Use Renewal by Andersen mapping and business applications to record and track house-to-house data accurately.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ year of door-to-door or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand and walk 3 to 5 miles daily (within 60 miles of the office)
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable navigating multiple platforms on tablets
