Job Description

1. Responsibilities: The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Senior Researcher is responsible for coordinating a team of research employees to design, conduct, analyze, and report findings of research projects. This includes seeking and submitting proposals for grant funding for research studies.
2. Levels: This position has two (2) levels designed to provide progressively more responsible and independent work experiences. Progression between job levels is based on demonstrated ability to handle more complex assignments.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in public health, social work, psychology, or related field.
• Currently enrolled in a Ph.D. program in public health, social work, psychology, or related field.
• One publication in peer-reviewed journals and principal investigator on one funded research study.

Additional Qualifications for Senior Researcher II:

• Ph.D. in public health, social work, psychology, or related field.
• Three (3) publications in peer-reviewed journals.
• Principal Investigator on three (3) funded research studies.
