Essential Job Functions

• Serve members professionally and courteously, handling transactions efficiently.
• Manage all phases of loan origination and documentation.
• Promote and explain the use of video banking technologies.
• Resolve issues independently, making on-the-spot decisions as needed.
• Address complex inquiries and research solutions.
• Multi-task with multiple software programs accurately.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer members to other services.
• Follow up on member inquiries to deepen financial relationships.
• Stay updated on products, policies, and promotional offers.
• Meet or exceed KPIs and contribute to departmental goals.
• Perform end-of-day balancing and adhere to security and compliance standards.
• Demonstrate CU1LUV service standards in all interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; minimum one year of financial institution experience, including consumer loans.
• Excellent communication skills for video/electronic interactions.
• Ability to meet sales goals and proactively promote products.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Compliance with BSA/AML and OFAC regulations.
