Convergint is looking for full-time, enthusiastic, results-driven, and forward-thinking Operations Colleagues to join our amazing culture. As part of Convergint Development Program, you will be provided with the knowledge, tools, and resources to succeed as an Assistant Project Manager. Through a five-month training program in July 2024, candidates are offered the opportunity to network, learn, and fine-tune their Convergint knowledge before heading out into the marketplace to manage projects. In this role, you will work with a team of exceptional colleagues to execute projects to completion, on time and on budget, while delivering world-class service to our customers. As an Assistant Project Manager, you are part of a dynamic team that allows you to grow as Convergint grows.

Salary Range: $62,800 - $79,700

*This individual may work in either the Fairbanks or Anchorage office*

2. Build trust with existing customers by executing projects to successful completion.
3. Collaborate with premier partners in vertical markets and industries such as transportation, global/enterprise accounts, utilities, financial/banking, healthcare, datacenters, federal, state and local governments, and K-12 & higher education.
4. Partner with sales personnel to ensure project execution exceeds customer expectations, delivering exceptional service every day.
5. Manage, oversee, and coordinate all aspects for small to medium projects of moderate complexity from award through completion of the project.
6. Effectively communicate project requirements to the project team and wider organization as and when required and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of job status, job changes, material flow, and other control records necessary for processing of internal and external reports.
7. Effectively communicate and inform customers of project status, challenges, changes, and any other necessary information to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience

• Construction Management preferred.

Preferred Experience: (but not required)

• 1-3 years project management or equivalent
• Construction management background
