Our client, an IT Consulting firm focused in the federal sector, is hiring a ServiceNow Project Coordinator to join the team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and leading projects in compliance with federal agency guidelines, utilizing ServiceNow SPM and SAFe frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and closure of projects to achieve the company's business objectives.
• Oversee deliverables, milestones, and timelines using ServiceNow SPM and SAFe methodologies.
• Partner with stakeholders to address project requirements and effectively present deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project reports, including weekly and monthly updates.
• Accurately document project progress, risks, issues, and changes.
• Utilize ServiceNow SPM for efficient portfolio and project management.
• Address ServiceNow-related challenges in collaboration with support teams.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and adherence to SAFe Agile principles.
• Advocate for continuous improvement and implement project management best practices.

Skillset

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or similar.
• Minimum of four years of experience in project coordination or a comparable role.
• Expertise in ServiceNow SPM (Service Portfolio Management).
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Project Professional; Microsoft Project Certification preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-SPM) is a bonus.
• Knowledge of federal regulations and familiarity with project management frameworks is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
