This position works as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide quality therapeutic and culturally acceptable direct care and skill-building dental services. Supervisor of Dental Assistants is expected to handle assignments that are tied to Joint Commission, Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA), OSHA, Hazardous, Biohazardous, Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement compliance.
