The Southcentral Foundation Health Benefits Enrollment Analyst is responsible for supporting the Family Health Resource (FHR) department by performing internal audits on all applications submitted to the Division of Public Assistance (DPA). Completes FHR internal audits to aid in increasing the accuracy and ongoing refinement of the Medicaid application process. The Health Benefits Enrollment Analyst will provide reports and training that support the team's goals to increase revenue through assisting customer-owners to apply for third party insurance. The Health Benefits Enrollment Analyst is the primary contact with the DPA workers stationed on the ANMC campus, enabling clear and concise communication of the needs of FHR and DPA to further enhance the collaboration of the two parties.
