Hiring Range: $70,387.20 to $93,828.80
Pay Range: $70,387.20 to $105,560.00
Summary of Job Responsibilities:
The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Learning and Development Instructional Design Specialist is responsible for the consultation, needs assessment and identification, research and development, design, technical writing, standardization and alignment, and publication of a variety of learning and development programs and courses. Various learning solutions will be used to improve the organization's overall workforce performance and/or provide professional learning material for the SCF Nuka Institute.
This position has two (2) levels designed to provide progressively more responsible and independent work experiences. Progression between job levels is based on the demonstrated ability to successfully handle more progressively responsible assignments.
Qualifications:
SCF programs are established to serve a primary population comprised of Alaska Native people who are affiliated with Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI) and Alaska Native and American Indian people within SCF's geographical service area. Employees should have a thorough understanding of the cultures and the needs of this population.
