The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Anchorage International Airport - Airfield Maintenance, is looking for an Administrative Officer 1 to help us Keep Alaska Moving!

What you will be doing:

Join the team that keeps one of the world's busiest cargo hubs running! As the Administrative Officer 1 for ANC's Airfield Maintenance Section, you will lead efforts to modernize asset management systems and optimize maintenance operations for the future. In this role, you will analyze maintenance data, track asset lifecycles, and generate reports that drive multimillion-dollar operational decisions. You will also play a key role in onboarding and configuring a next-generation Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) platform, ensuring ANC remains at the forefront of data-driven airport maintenance and asset management. Below are the potential requirements tied to state or federal regulations:

1. Valid Driver's License (Class D)

2. Incumbent must pass an FBI fingerprint based, criminal history records check per 49 CFR Part 1542 and a Transportation Security Administration Security Threat Assessment to obtain an Airport issued Identification Badge. If access to US Customs and Border Protection is needed to carry out duties of their job, they must also pass a criminal history check per 19 CFR Part 122.181-188.
