Your role will encompass the following responsibilities:

• Companionship and emotional support
• Light housekeeping tasks
• Meal preparation
• Transportation services
• Personal care assistance
• Dementia care
• Hospice support

Pre-Employment Requirements:
To join our team, you must:

• Complete and pass the State of Alaska Fingerprint Background Check
• Obtain a CPR Certificate
• Pass a pre-employment Tuberculosis Screening

Essential Job Requirements:
Candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• Possess a valid driver's license or state identification
• Hold valid auto insurance (if applicable)
• Ability to learn to use technology for training and client management
• Capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 25 pounds
• Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach
• Demonstrate dignity and respect in client interactions
• Adaptable to various living environments
• Communicate effectively and congenially in English with clients
