Responsibilities & Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Technical leader managing infrastructure operations, maintenance, and performance across government network systems.
  • Oversee network operations to ensure smooth and efficient system functioning.
  • Manage maintenance activities to keep network infrastructure in optimal condition.
  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and address any deviations.
  • Direct technical teams to implement and support network operations and projects.
  • Develop and refine procedures to enhance operational efficiency and performance.
  • Monitor network performance to identify and address any issues proactively.
  • Coordinate changes across systems and networks to minimize disruptions and improve performance.
  • Maintain operational readiness by ensuring all systems and teams are trained and prepared for peak performance.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor of Science degree in a technical field or equivalent
  • Experience in network operations and management
  • Proven team leadership and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in performance monitoring and optimization
  • Expertise in change management processes
  • Strong technical oversight and guidance capabilities
  • Skilled in problem resolution and troubleshooting
  • Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with DoD operations and systems
  • Expertise in process improvement and optimization
  • Skilled in training development and delivery
