The Account Management Team is responsible for retaining and growing our fast-growingcustomer base, consisting of sales returning customers, as well as self sign-on event creators. The team's main focus is to maximize value from their account book of business by retaining the best-fit customers through contract renewals and upsell opportunities.
The Account Management Team operates at high velocity outreach, engaging with creators at the right commercial moments throughout their customer journey. This team is responsible for understanding event creators' business trends in order to identify opportunities for mutual growth.
As an Account Manager, you will manage accounts to achieve sales targets, generate new business opportunities, and foster long-term relationships.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
