The ideal candidate will reside in the Greater Denver Area
The Commercial Territory Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and demand for CBI's commercial/low-slope roofing systems in the Colorado region.Key duties include:
Collaborating with the Regional Sales Manager to meet sales and performance goals.
Managing new market development and account activities.
Selling across multiple channels and product streams.
Increasing project closing rates and achieving specifications for Value-Added Products (VAP).
Developing and executing a territory strategy aligned with business goals.
Engaging with end-users, contractors, architects, and owners to generate demand and support sales.
Targeting construction projects from planning to bidding phases to maximize success.
Building and maintaining customer relationships across all audiences.
Conducting sales promotions and educational sessions with industry stakeholders.
This role emphasizes strategic planning, relationship-building, and targeted sales efforts to position CBI as a preferred choice in the market.
-What do you bring?
• At least 5 years of professional experience which includes managing customer relationships, sales presentations and closings of sales.
• Knowledge of commercial and residential construction practices
• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and build quality relationships through networking
• Good interpersonal, negotiating and problem-solving skills
• Excellent presentation skills with good written and oral communication

Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees' wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position, which is $89,500- to $138,500 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 45% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $129,775 to $200,825. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
