FSR Analyst
Position Overview
The FSR Analyst will be responsible for providing expert support and analysis to enhance operational efficiency and assist in the deployment of advanced software solutions. This role focuses on training personnel, developing curriculum, and troubleshooting issues related to intelligence systems.
Active TS/SCI clearance is a requirement for this position. Prior experience with Gotham/Foundry/or Gaia is required as well.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide desk-side training and on-site support to end-users in the operation of intelligence platforms.
- Develop and implement curriculum for user training sessions tailored to platform-specific needs.
- Assist in software deployment and troubleshooting, ensuring a seamless integration into existing workflows.
- Collaborate with intelligence analysts to enhance the functionality and usability of tools like GAIA, Gotham, and Foundry.
- Conduct all-source intelligence analysis to provide insights and support mission objectives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of DCGS-A and other relevant intelligence systems to provide informed support.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent military experience.
- Experience as an FSR Analyst with a strong understanding of help desk operations and user training.
- Demonstrated ability in curriculum development for training programs.
- Familiarity with GAIA, Gotham, Foundry, and DCGS-A systems.
- Must hold a DoD TS/SCI Clearance.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with software deployment.
- Military experience is preferred, particularly in intelligence roles.
