Position: Administrator (Surgery Center)

Location: Anchorage, AK 99508

Salary: $150k - $250k (dependent upon years of experience, certifications, education, etc.)

Up to $40k relo package

Up to $100,000 Performance Bonus Structure

Must Haves:

• 3-5+ years management/executive level experience
• Including one or more years of experience in the administration of a health care organization.
• Bachelor's degree in health care
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Center

Plusses:

• Master's degree in health care

Day to Day:

Insight Global is looking for a passionate and experienced Admin to join their surgery center team. This person must be knowledgeable of and will be responsible for: principles and practices of health care planning and management sufficient to lead a management team in the coordination of operations for a health care organization; policies and procedures of the Center sufficient to direct its operations and to provide effective patient care; ability to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion and decision-making to achieve organizational objectives and analyze situations accurately and take effective action; establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, policy making bodies, third party payers, patients and the public; exercise judgment and discretion in developing, applying, interpreting and coordinating policies and procedures, including quality issues; and prepare and present comprehensive reports.
