Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential and existing customers to discuss their shipping needs.
• Provide quotes and negotiate rates with carriers to secure the best deals for our clients.
• Handle documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.
• Track shipments and keep clients informed about their cargo's status.
• Generate new business by soliciting referrals and reaching out to past customers.
• Maintain accurate records and update our software system with shipment details.
• Coordinate logistics and transportation details with carriers and clients.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
