Role Description
Peak 2 Peak Alaska is seeking a motivated and results-driven Event Sales & Partnerships Executive to play a critical role in the growth of our events division. This full-time, on-site position in Anchorage, AK, offers an exciting opportunity to drive success by forging strategic client partnerships and delivering innovative solutions that generate new revenue.
Drive Results: Achieve monthly sales goals by identifying and engaging with new clients through in-person meetings, phone calls, and networking.
Build Connections: Develop solid and lasting relationships using a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and craft custom solutions.
Seal the Deal: Negotiate contracts confidently and turn potential clients into long-term partners.
Show Your Creativity: Create impactful proposals that support client goals and deliver engaging presentations that showcase the value of our event and media offerings.
Manage with Precision: Stay organized, juggle multiple clients and deadlines, and prioritize tasks to ensure no opportunity is missed.
Qualifications
Proven Track Record in Sales: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly in event-related or partnership roles.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
Negotiation Expertise: Skilled in negotiating contracts and closing deals, with a knack for turning prospects into long-term partners.
Presentation Skills: Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate value propositions and drive client engagement.
Time Management & Organization: Capable of managing multiple client engagements and deadlines, with a strong focus on prioritizing tasks and maintaining attention to detail.
Other Skills & Requirements
This role involves some physical requirements, including setting up events and the ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25lbs.
Must be available to attend all community events, including those that take place on weekends or evenings.
Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
Able to operate a motor vehicle to travel to and from client and event locations.
Maintain a high level of dependability and attendance.
