Schedule and Shift- Sunday-Thursday 6pm-2:30am

Pay rate $23.00/hr

Must have 1-2 years of lead experience

BONUS: $500 after 75 days of requirements met

Location: Airport in Anchorage

Responsibilities:

• Valid birth certificate or passport required for security clearance to enter or park personal vehicle in Airport

- Ability to train staff in multiple areas per ABM Cleaning procedures.

- Escort/sign in unbadged employees or outside vendors.

- Reliable attendance required.

- Working lead position. Will fill in different positions and duties as other employees call out.

- Night point of contact and when directed by Manager.

- Friendly demeanor and professional customer service.

- De-escalate situations and find a solution to different situations.

- Meet all badging requirements for state, federal, and vendor.

- Learn all areas and staff responsibilities.

- Must be able to lift 50 pounds

- Inspect all work areas and tactfully correct deficiencies.

- Complete projects that arise same day.

- Update Manager of performance or operational success or problems same day/next day.

- Walk through Facility before end of shift for completion of tasks and ensure equipment is properly put away.
