Job Title: Senior Litigation Attorney/ Counsel (Remote)Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Litigation Attorney/ Counsel to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing cases from inception through trial.Key Responsibilities:Manage a diverse caseload, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.Represent clients in depositions, mediations, and court hearings.Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic legal advice.Prepare and review trial documents and participate in trial preparation.Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide informed legal guidance.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active bar membership in at least one state.4+ years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial, intellectual property law and trademark experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
