Group Reservations Coordinator Location: Marriott Anchorage Downtown Job Description
The Group Housing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing hotel group arrangements for clients. Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage group arrangements for clients'.
Manage room blocks and ensure that all guest needs are met during their stay
Communicate with guests for bookings within a group block.
Provide excellent customer service to guests
Manage and maintain accurate records of all hotel group block arrangements
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of services for guests.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in group coordination or related field
Strong communication and customer service
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and communicate as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new computer systems
Fulltime, Monday to Fridays
