What Nonstop is Looking For:

We are looking for a remote Marketing Event Manager to oversee both virtual and in-person events, such as trade shows and conferences. The ideal candidate will be skilled in project management, coordinating logistics, developing marketing materials, and arranging travel. Additionally, this role involves managing shipping logistics with external partners and supporting the vetting of potential partnerships. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are critical for managing multiple responsibilities and ensuring the seamless execution of all events.

Requirements

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Remotely manage a variety of virtual and in-person events across the country, including trade shows, conferences, large group meetings, and more.
  • Use teamwork to project manage and coordinate all logistics associated with virtual and in-person events.
  • Responsible for submitting intake forms and coordinating the creation of marketing materials for both in-person and virtual events. This includes ensuring that all necessary promotional assets, such as ads, brochures, digital banners, and other event collateral, are initiated and produced in a timely manner.
  • Manage travel suggestions/coordination for the team- which may include booking hotels at larger events, organizing meal reservations, and other activities according to our policies and preferences.
  • Ensure the timely receipt of all deliverables for conference sponsorships and association partnership agreements. This includes tracking and managing sponsorship agreements, coordinating with event organizers, and ensuring all promised materials-such as logos, advertisements, pre & post-conference emails, and promotional assets-are delivered and executed according to the sponsorship terms.
  • Assist in the vetting process for potential association partnerships, conducting research and assessments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Update contact and account information in CRM for association partners on a quarterly basis
  • Collaborate with leadership and support employee events for the all-staff and marketing and sales events
  • Execute all marketing shipping logistics by working with an external fulfillment team on the shipping of materials, tracking packages, and monitoring and managing inventory
  • Manage event prizes, raffles, gifts, and other purchasing needs for clients, brokers, partners, teams, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
  • 2-3 years of event management experience.
  • BA required unless more than 5+ years of experience in event marketing
  • Detail-oriented, responsive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Ability to type with speed and accuracy
  • Ability to communicate effectively (and oftentimes remotely) with various personalities
  • Strong experience working with Microsoft suite and Google tools and products, specifically Google Sheets
  • Experience with project management tools like Teamwork, Airtable, etc.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Degree of flexibility in working hours when the team is traveling
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Advanced problem-resolution skills and communication abilities
  • Highspeed Internet and a distraction-free dedicated workspace are required.
Perks and Compensation:
  • Full-time / Exempt
  • Salary Range $70,000 to $85,000 commensurate upon experience

Salary Description
