Example of Duties Under supervision, performs manual work of an unskilled and routine nature for the Municipality of Anchorage's Maintenance and Operations Street Maintenance Department. Work involves moderate to heavy physical exertion in the clearing and removal of litter, debris, snow, and ice. Performs tasks in cleanup and minor, unskilled maintenance of structures, equipment, and grounds. Perform other required duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications / Substitutions / Preferences High school diploma, GED, or equivalent and must be at least 18 years of age. Must have physical capability to perform the work described.Must possess/obtain:Valid State of Alaska Driver's License with satisfactory driving record.Satisfactory background check which includes criminal, education, and employment history.
