Provides support to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and/or General Ledger
Provides support to the corporate office and/or regional offices, as requested
Compiles data, computes charges and prepares invoices for billing and/or payment purposes
Verifies accuracy of billing data and revises any errors
Maintains records and documentation through the accounting cycle as directed
Assists in the preparation of client invoices
Performs day - to -day administrative tasks associated with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Attends training sessions, seminars and appropriate educational classes as required
Other duties as assigned
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Associate degree in business administration, Accounting or Finance or one (1) to three (3) years general accounting technician experience in lieu of degree.
Preferred Experience:
Experience with Sage/Intacct or other accounting software preferred
Project costing experience preferred
Experience with Microsoft products such as Excel, Word and Email
