Position Overview
The Procurement Analyst will support the execution of indirect procurement business plans, partner with and support the needs of functional business owners and provide inputs to the creation of policies and processes to drive procurement, while maintaining our culture and supporting our growth. A Procurement CoE analyst works in a tactical environment, thinks strategically, and uses data to drive results. They should also be able to balance competing priorities, communicate well, and build relationships. This role is remote and reports to the Manager, Procurement Center of Excellence. Procurement COE provides analytical, process, and strategic support to the Procurement function to maximize the delivery of value across a diverse portfolio of categories. This is a high-performing team, which offers direct exposure to leadership, both within and outside of Procurement.
Primary Responsibilities

Proactively monitor, vet and assign Procurement pipeline requests, providing valuable insights in support of efficient and timely turnaround and assist Procurement Leadership with workload balance and delivery.
Provide support throughout the supplier lifecycle through activities like identification, selection, onboarding and evaluation.
Prepare consolidated overviews of supplier RFx proposals, assisting with scoring supplier responses and performing calculations on supplier cost and TCO models.
Perform contract management and quality assurance responsibilities like monitoring contract signature/term sheet routing and administering vendor Non-Disclosure Agreements.
Collect and analyze data on internal factors such as spend and internal business partner requirements.
Provide day-to-day SME support to Procurement team members, evangelizing best practices, policy compliance, and process adherence.
Establish effective communication channels with stakeholders and suppliers for applicable inquiries.
Support identification of opportunities and actions for continuous improvement, latest trends, and tools through quantitative and qualitative analysis and research.
Support ongoing communication, training, and system adoption for internal business partners and stakeholders, maintaining the highest standards of customer service and professional integrity.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding corporate information, procurement department, supplier information, and comply with corporate ethics policies.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or related fields; other quantitative-focused majors may be considered or equivalent work experience
3-5 years' experience within a procurement, finance, data analytics, management consulting, or business intelligence/strategy team.
Proficient level Excel user (advanced equations and functions, index-match, calculated fields in pivot tables, writing macros).
Proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage and update large datasets accurately from multiple inputs and track changes.
Ability to summarize and interpret large volumes of data into management reports clearly, concisely, and visually.
Experience in using procurement systems (P2P, S2C, SRM, CLM) preferably SAP Ariba; preferred.
Demonstrates skills in problem solving, team building, and total quality management.
Good organizational skills, including program/project management governance.
Understand and effectively use procurement technology tools, including but not limited to , CLM and SharePoint
Effective interpersonal and communication (oral, written and listening) skills.?????
Ability to prepare reports and present ideas clearly and concisely to all levels of the organization both orally and in written form.

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $52,000 - $80,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
