Our administrative team is growing, and we are looking for a dynamic Office Assistant! When our customers call the office, they can hear our smiles through the phone. We are a happy, energetic, SMILING team and are looking for like-minded individuals to provide exemplary service to our valued customers! If this doesn't sound like you, no need to apply. Primary Job Function: To assist sales team in reporting and securing leads, educating clients on our products and services, scheduling sales appointments, and closing sales. The Office Assistant will act as a liaison between customer and the company, making sure that customer needs are met while maintaining a positive, productive open line of communication between the customer and all company departments.

Work Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, some overtime as needed

Pay Scale: $20.00 - $24.00/hr Depending On Experience + SPIFFs

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Comfortable with outbound cold calling
  • Superior Customer Service Skills
  • Professional communication: written and verbal
  • Well-organized and the ability to work independently
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborates well with others
