Our administrative team is growing, and we are looking for a dynamic Office Assistant! When our customers call the office, they can hear our smiles through the phone. Primary Job Function: To assist sales team in reporting and securing leads, educating clients on our products and services, scheduling sales appointments, and closing sales. The Office Assistant will act as a liaison between customer and the company, making sure that customer needs are met while maintaining a positive, productive open line of communication between the customer and all company departments.
Work Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, some overtime as needed
Pay Scale: $20.00 - $24.00/hr Depending On Experience + SPIFFs
