Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Construction Sales Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or estimating, preferably within the landscaping industry. This role involves estimating medium to large residential projects, managing client relationships, and promoting our services to commercial clients year-round.

Job compensation consists of a fixed base salary, supplemented by a commission structure tied to the successful sale of jobs.

Our sales performers have historically generated additional income through commissions, with amounts varying from $20,000 to $90,000.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in residential sales or estimating
• 5+ years in residential sales or construction management
• Proficient with PCs and software; CRM experience preferred
• Knowledge of landscaping and construction materials is a plus

Responsibilities

• Expand customer base and increase profitability
• Achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct initial consultations and site assessments
• Prepare and present professional proposals
• Manage customer interactions
• Oversee project installations with project management team
• Maintain strong customer relations
• Assist with snow and ice management operations as needed

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License with clean record
• Work extended hours as needed to achieve sales goals and project demand

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
