* Function as the primary bartender on board - mixing and pouring a wide array of cocktails, spirits, beers, wine and non-alcoholic beverages.

* Maintain cleanliness of the lounge, bar, and gear shop, as well as general cleaning of the vessel as needed. Work with the Hotel Manager to ensure that CDC/FDA standards are consistently met.

* Input and track bar and gear shop sales via the onboard POS system.

* Work closely with the Hotel Manager to implement the onboard beverage-training program.

* Inventory, ordering, and product rotation of all bar and gear shop items. Weekly inventories are required to be completed and submitted to the corporate office.

* Thoroughly clean guest cabins daily as requested by the Hotel Manager.

* Provide exemplary guest service. Model the values and expectations set for crewmembers.

* Minimum three years of bartending experience in a full service bar or restaurant. Extensive liquor, wine, and beer knowledge is essential.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

* Able to work and manage time independently.

* Must be flexible and adaptable as daily activities change regularly and often.

* Comfortable living and working in close quarters with other crew members for many weeks at a time, with no days off.

* Passenger vessel experience is preferred but not required.
